CTEVT( Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training) has announced free scholarship for 4331 students. Publishing a notice on Thursday, the Examination Control Office Sanothimi, Bhaktapur under CTEVT has opened the online application for free scholarship. The Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) is going to give free scholarships to 2913 students and 1814 to 4331 students in pre-diploma level for 29 different educational programs at certificate level and diploma level.
Such scholarships will be provided to study in private, partnership, tax, and private schools affiliated with the council during the academic session 2079/080 by conducting diploma and certificate level entrance exams, scholarship distribution, and enrollment related guidelines 2070.

Important Notice:
CTEVT has stated that the entry fee must be paid online by July 29th, 2079 at 12:00 PM, and that the application must also be submitted online. At the Diploma level, a quota of classified free scholarships has been allocated for General Medicine, Medical Lab Technology, Dental Science, Radiography, General Ayurvedic Medicine, Ophthalmic Science, Acupuncture, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, and Yoga and Naturopathy.
Apart from this, you can receive a free diploma scholarship in civil engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, geomatics engineering, and architecture engineering.
Similarly, scholarships are available for Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automobile Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, Ref & AC Engineering, Civil Engineering (Hydropower Specialization), Agriculture (Crop Science), Agriculture (Animal Science), Food and Dairy Technology, Forestry, Hotel Management, and Social Workers.
In addition, pre-diploma scholarship applications for Agriculture (Plant Science), Livestock Production and Animal Health, Veterinary Science, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Water Supply, and Sanitary Engineering have been opened.
Similarly, free scholarship quotas have been set aside for pre-diploma programs in Survey Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering, Hotel Management, Culinary Art, Entrepreneurship Development, Social Mobilization, Computer Application, and Secretarial Management.
Form fees:
For the online application form, which will be open from Shrawan 15, an entrance exam fee of Rs 1,000 for diploma and certificate level and Rs 500 for pre-diploma level has been fixed. Which has to be paid through Direct Online of Connect IPS. The council said that the examination center will be within the district chosen in the application.
Eligibility to apply For CTEVT Free Scholarship:
- The students who have obtained 68.33 percent in SLC level examination and minimum C grade in Mathematics, English and Science subjects and minimum D grade in other subjects and bring 2 GPA can apply for CTEVT scholarship.
- For pre-diploma level, students who have obtained a minimum grade of E in SLC or equivalent examination and SEE will be eligible to apply for the scholarship.
How to apply online:
- First go to CTEVT website (click here) or CTEVT exam website (click here).
- Then click on the ‘Classified Online Firm’ (Classified Online From) there.
- Now select the level you want to apply for from Diploma and PCL or Pre-Diploma and click on ‘New User’.
- Enter your name, surname and mobile number and click on ‘Proceed’.
- Then select ‘Pay Now’ to collect the fee and for that select the relevant company and click on ‘Proceed’ again.
- After verifying the payment of the fee, prepare your password and then the ‘Classified Scholarship Online Application Form’ will open.
- Then proceed to fill the required details mentioned in the online application form.
- While uploading the required documents, please note that the file format is JPG. In which keep a passport size color photograph of 8 KB to 50 KB with file size of 35 by 45 mm. Limit signature photo size within 3 KB to 20 KB. Similarly, the size of other required documents should be limited between 80 KB to 300 KB.
- The online application form for the scholarship can be printed immediately after it has been approved by the examination control office.
- The printed admit card should be kept safe because it is required for the entrance examination and school admission.
