Nagarik app has the facility to apply for public services

A new update has come to the Nagarik app launched by the government with the aim of providing all possible government service facilities through a single app. With the new update, the app has added the facility to apply online for the Public Service Commission exam and pay the fee online.

Along with this, an official of the National Information Technology Center said that they are now managing the application for all the posts opened by the Public Service Commission through the Nagarik App. According to him, this new update has already arrived in both Android and iOS versions of the app.

For this, a provision has been made to open and log in the ‘Master ID’ available on the website of the Public Service Commission in the citizen app. As a result, all the services available on the website of the Public Service Commission can be found in the citizen app.

Apart from that, the application fee of the Public Service Commission can be paid online through the payment service provider connected to the citizen app. Along with this, it is now possible to submit all the applications opened by the Public Service Commission through the Citizen App.

Currently, eSeva and Khalti Digital Wallet have been integrated into Citizen App for online payment. Earlier, it was possible to apply online through the Public Service website, but one had to go to the bank to collect the application fee.
