Prem Geet 3 Box Office collection and reviews : the Indo-Nepali film earns Rs. 1.12 crores on Day 1 and Rs. 4.84 crores worldwide. On September 23, the first Indo-Nepali film, Prem Geet 3, was released in theaters. Surprisingly, the response to this film has been very positive, catching the trade and industry off guard.
Prem Geet 3 has been released in 500 Indian theaters, 200 Nepalese theaters, and 500 international theaters. Prem Geet 3 grossed Rs. 1.12 crores on Day 1 at the Indian box office. It has collected Rs. 2.05 crores in Nepal, while it has earned Rs. 1.67 crores in overseas territories.
In summary, the film grossed Rs. 4.84 crores at the global box office. It’s fantastic news for a film that cost only Rs. 11 crores to make (Rs. 6 crores for production and Rs. 5 crores for P&A).
Several shows were sold out on Friday, thanks to the National Cinema Day promotion, in which multiplexes sold tickets for Rs. 75.
The offer, however, will not be available on Saturday and Sunday. Nonetheless, the calendar for these two days is quickly filling up.
Furthermore, even in cities where the Rs. 75 offer was not available, the shows were sold out.
Prem Geet 3 producer Subhash Kale excitedly stated, “It was an experiment to release this film in Indian cinemas.”
The enthusiastic response from the audience has made us all very happy. We were astounded to see that the Nepali version of the film was completely sold out yesterday and today in a city like Chennai.
Pradeep Khadka and Kristina Gurung star in the lead roles in Prem Geet 3, alongside Shiva Shrestha, Maotse Gurung, Sunil Thapa, and Manish Raut. Santosh Sen and the late Chhetan Gurung direct it. Chhetan Gurung and Mandeep Gautam co-wrote the script. Prem Geet 3 is also produced by Santosh Sen, Prashant Kumar Gupta, and Sushama Shiromanee, in addition to Subhash Kale.
