Find your lost mobile with Track online or block . Now the lost mobile phones can be tagged or blocked online. For this, the Nepal Telecommunication Authority has launched an online system. Through this means, if the phone is lost or stolen, the victim can go online and request to track or block it.
Recently, the Telecommunication Authority has implemented the MDMS system to manage mobile devices and has made the mobile device tracking system effective. Under this, the authority has introduced a system where any phone registered in MDMS can be lost and filled online form.
The chances of finding the phone after it is lost are high. But, for that you have to keep the IMEI, EASON or MEID number of the said phone (* these numbers can be seen by dialing #06#) safely. Steps to track online
Then put the date the phone was lost in the place where the lost date is at the top.
Then mention the lost place in the Lost Location option below.
Then IAEI, ESN, MEID (IMEI, ESN, MEID) number should be mentioned. (Remember to use the (;) symbol when referring to different numbers.)
Then mention the name of the applicant in the place where there is an applicant name.
Below that is the ID number option. Go there and mention any identity card you (applicant) have with you such as citizenship number or other identity card number.
Then go to the email section at the end and enter your email contact.
You have to use the active email address that you have used on other devices. Any information about the phone from the authority will be sent to the email and phone number, so you must provide the email or phone number that you are using on the new device.
