7th Day of Dashain: Phulpati

Day 7: Phulpati occurs in the 7th day of Dashain. Phulpati is made up of two words: phool, which means flower, and pati, which means plant. The purpose of this festival is to bring the phulpati into the puja room (prayer room).

Seventh day of Dashain, Fulpati is Dedicated to Goddess Kalratri. Goddess Kalratri, another form of mother goddess Durga, is known for bestowing always-auspicious results on her devotees, hence the name Shubhankari.
Goddess Kalratri is the seventh or seventh form of Goddess Durga.

As a result, on this day, people bring nine different types of phulpati into their homes to welcome Dashain. All nine types of the Goddess will enter our homes and bless us with happiness, wealth, and health as a result.

Navapatrika (nine leaves) is first placed outside the house. They then perform Navapatrika Puja.

Inside the Dashain Ghar at Hanuman Dhoka, the Then, on the seventh day, it is carried inside the puja room (praying room).

Brahmins celebrate the Phulpati festival by transporting royal Kalash, holy jamara, banana stalks, and sugar cane wrapped in red cloth from Gorkha to Kathmandu.
