Bharatpur Metropolis would demolish unlawful constructions. Bharatpur Metropolis has decided to demolish all unlawfully built structures in the city. The city issued a 35-day warning and asked everyone involved to dismantle the illegal constructions on their own.
The metropolis indicated in a notification published on Tuesday that if the owners of such constructions do not remove them within the allotted time, the metropolis will remove them.
The notification states that the costs of removing the buildings will be collected from the individual or entity responsible. The notice mentions the removal of buildings, towers, and structures built on public land without metropolis approval, as well as towers, walls, and other structures built in violation of road jurisdiction, trusses built in front of buildings without approval, temporary scaffolds, temporary towers, and other structures, blocking the way of vehicles from the footpath, basements used for other purposes: shops, warehouses, renters, and so on, after accepting the notice.
