Position: Subject Matter Expert – Financial Reporting.
Job Purpose:
- To compile and finalize the Axiata monthly financial reporting package on time and with high quality.
- To give professional advise on applicable IFRS/NFRS and to guide and support appropriate Finance Units and Functions in their due compliance and support.
- Must prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly financial reporting needs in order to achieve Group reporting objectives.
- To drive total reconciliations that will provide assurance in improving internal control environment and bookkeeping integrity.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business / Accounting from a reputed institution
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience including working experience in Big 4 audit firm.
- Must have internationally recognized professional accounting qualifications such as CA, CIMA (UK), ACCA etc.
- Must have a working knowledge of international reporting systems and practices in a multinational environment. Preference will be given to candidates with working experience of financial reporting systems and practices as per Malaysian Accounting Standards.
- Should have experience of working as an Expert in IFRS, Microsoft Applications and various accounting software like SAP S4Hana, Coupa Software, or similar other ERPs.
- Should have experience of working in developing and implementing
Duty Station:
Current duty station in Kathmandu, however can be placed elsewhere in Nepal based on company demands and future requirements.
