Xiaomi became Nepal’s number one smartphone brand. A study has shown that Xiaomi has been the top smartphone brand in the Nepali market for the past two years.
According to the second quarter report of 2022 released by the research organization International Data Corporation (IDC), Xiaomi has succeeded in becoming the top smartphone brand in Nepal.
Along with this, Xiaomi has succeeded in becoming the biggest brand in Nepal in the last eight quarters. The report states that the company has been the top smartphone brand in the Nepali market since the third quarter of 2020.
“We are very excited to be established as Nepal’s number one brand,” said Amit Kumar Pandey, Country General Manager of Xiaomi Nepal, “We want to thank our Mi fans for this.”
During this period, the company has sold Redmi 10, Redmi 11, Redmi 12 series phones in the Nepali market. In addition, Mi Watt Light, TV Stick, Trimmer, Band 6, Sonic Bass wireless earphones and other products are also available in the Nepali market. Xiaomi became Nepal’s number one smartphone brand.
