UML candidates take lead in all three Lalitpur constituencies

As of Monday morning, the CPN-UML is leading in all three constituencies of Lalitpur district, according to preliminary results from vote counting.

Nawaraj Silwal of the UML is leading the election race in Lalitpur-1, with 635 votes as of 10:30 a.m.

His closest competitor, Udaya Shamsher JBR of the Nepali Congress, received 401 votes, while Sachin Kumar Ghimire of the Rastriya Swatantra Party came in third with 93 votes.

Prem Bahadur Maharjan of the UML leads the vote count in Lalitpur-2 with 2,890 votes. Sudin Shakya of the Hamro Nepali Party comes in second with 2,497 votes.

Buddha Ratna Maharjan of the Rastriya Swatantra Party came in third with 1,490 votes.

In Lalitpur-3, Amrit Khadka has taken an early lead.He has received 497 votes so far.

Kiran Shahi of the Loktantrik Samajbadi Party comes in second with 286 votes, while Pampha Bhusal of the CPN (Maoist Centre) comes in third with 109 votes.
