Kathmandu Election update :Nepali Congress candidate Prakash Man Singh has taken an early lead in the Kathmandu-1 vote count.
Singh, the common candidate of the Congress-led alliance, had 754 votes as of 11:30 a.m. on Monday.
With 680 votes, Rabindra Mishra of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party trails Singh.
Kiran Poudel of UML comes in third with 496 votes.
Pukar Bam of the Rastriya Swatantra Party has received 175 votes, while Ramesh Kharel of the Nepal Sushashan Party has received 125 votes.
