Many parents are concerned about their kids about gaming since they think decreases their children’s eye sight. But research says less than 40 minutes per day of bright light exposure may predispose children to faster axial eye growth. This faster axial growth causes focal length of the eye to be slightly smaller or larger causing the eyesight to get poor. So parents should’t worry about kids playing games and should let their kids make some time and spend that time in sun as well.
