There is a place on Earth where there is light from Sun but no shadow. Yes as unbelievable as it may sound, it exist. The name of the place is Hawaii. It happens twice a year in May and July as the Sun is directly above people and object. The sun is directly 90° above. The phenomenon is called Lāhainā Noon which is translated as cruel noon in Hawaiian language.
